I have been unsuccessful in finding a group capable of battling the Ogre's or Muckspear village. I am trying to get a group together tonight, friday night, for people level 6-9 or whatever the correct level range for the StoneCleaver Caves are. I need info on what is a good time for you, your level, and name. I'll try to set up a time to meet and the Inn to meet at.

Um... just a FYI I would not go after the boss until staff says it does not crash server any more. I remeber doing the quest and after 3 crashes I got the head.
Hopefully it has improved but need staffs stamp of aproval.blame everything right in my life on god -Me.

can't be reproduced? hmm in a group it took us three killings of the boss and crashes before my charactor recieved a head.

Going into those caves always makes me nervous. Zim is specced for RP, not combat, so he's squishier than most fighters.

It never has. It was players who determined this was the case, and they were wrong as far as I can tell. Nothing was changed about that quest to make is suddenly crash the server. What crashed the server was massive numbers of people all assaulting the place together because they were too low level to actually be there. Each time the server crashed, there were no less than 7 or 8 people partied up, all with pretty magic flying around.

The Ogre caves have always been lag monsters for me and were prone to boot upon entering them, and still are. But once inside I don't think there's anything to worry about.
I have a level 10 who has that quest. So far though she has died once in the attempt.Annaleen Wiltenholm-There's always something to smile about.

I'm off on Fridays, and Zim is a level 7 fighter, I'd be happy to get in on a regular group (or grope, as the case may be). I STILL think we need one more person, though.

It worked fine last night and there was no crash. While there was lag, it was not insurmountable.
Plu at 10th was a bit too tough to be with that party but I had fun, call him if needed for the rough stuff and he'll prolly show( depending on who he is harrassing atm)Comment
