Ok i'm new and confused by all this 'cap' talk >_> I feel stupid, but anyway, can someone link me info on this cap things so I don't get a punch in the face by a DM? Thanks

I don't think the level cap should be an issue till you get to 15, and unless you grind small amounts of XP in the mod 24/7 like a robot, thats a far way off.

Characters start off with a level cap of 5. As time passes, the level cap increases. If you hit your level cap, the only way to gain XP is through the roleplay XP ticker, Quest XP, or DM rewards. Once the level cap reaches 15, it will no longer increase - at this point, the only way to gain XP is through quests or DM rewards.\

Get used to the roleplaying and stop whining about the level cap. Half of its purpose is to weed out the grinders who treat NWN2 as an MMO. Roleplaying > leveling, and if you don't learn that, you'll end up on a different server.
