I've witnessed far too much metagaming IG recently from a number of people with a few specific worst culprits who I won't name here. If your character doesn't know someone's name, faction, alignment etc. then it is metagaming to use said information. I should not have to explain this but a number of times recently I have seen people laying all the woes of the world on a particular faction with no evidence to support their claims except for OOC knowledge.
For the record, I am going to start handing out HEFTY exp penalties to people seen to be metagaming whether I'm on the DM client or the player client at the time I witness it. Please play nice children. This is not open for discussion.
