  • A real RP server

I wanted to say how much better last night's experience on the server was compared to the previous weeks. No leapfrogging, good discussion about how to do things, almost no OoC talk -- marvellous!

I cannot remember quite all the party members' names, so rather than risk offending someone by leaving you out, I'll just say thanks to the group, and the other PCs we interacted with. I had a great time, and you're all great players.

Wha...whats wrong with OOC talk? I'll loose my sanity if I cant jab abit of OOC every once in awhile. Its like playing table-top, your not going to be IC 24/7, your going to joke and laugh about things with your friends .

Yeah, being in character ALWAYS without fail isn't very healthy, IMO... But I do think there's a time and a place. It's good to find the right balance between the two, or restrict OOC chat to party chat or whatever. Damn, all these people saying how good the RP is and how much fun they're having has really got me itching to play. Can't wait

Last night was a lot of fun (I have to say watching Parn get blown up really made my night). Thanks to everyone involved, I can't wait to group up again.

Those scrolls of raise dead cost a fortune. *Cries* But the roleplay made it worth it, by far.

That's the idea We don't want to trivialize the role of a cleric.

I have to say I agree. Last night was a great time, even though for about 30 mins or so I had to roleplay a charred corpse

                *pop*

                *sizzle*

                *crackle*

Thanks for putting me out before I burnt away to nothing Kit

Last night was great. A crew that worked together, didn't bicker over loot. My two fave moments both involved a 1/2 orc with a bigarse axe. (Viegeris i can't remeber how to spell the name). First his trying to make time with any female that walked by. And when he challenged me to a friendly duel. I tried to out smart him and said because I was the one challenged I chose the weapon so we will use bows. It didn't work. Was good fun tho.

So uh.. speaking of which.. clerics aren't really at the level yet to raise any fallen... so if... to say.. a cleric prays real hard.. could they yah know... smack a fallen back to conciousness? . ( this is from my players point of view.. not my dm side)

Abi was there when a person was fallen.. Daniel even asked Abi if she had the ability too.. of course Abi only said.. "Helm willing"

She walked to the fallen guy and prayed..but i figured the Dms were too busy or it wasn't going to happen. Perhaps for right now its just one of those old PnP deals.. " If I roll a 20.. then your God answers your prayer" *shake shake and release on the table.. doink , tink, bounce.. roll..roll* *result = 1 *

Neat. That would make you 10th level, if memory serves?

And in reply to Soulbadguy: Can you critically fail at praying? Does that mean you lose your faith?
