I have downloaded the client and patched it up but every time I try to join game it says "CD Key Unauthorized". Can anyone help me out please?

Yep, I brought the game and the expansion pack, I'll have a look at the forum pages to see if the key is still in use.Comment

CDKey Unauthorized is a gamespy related problem, either you're having gamespy issues, you have a pirated key, or someone stole your key.The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.

If you bought the gold edition, last I heard there was a reversed CD key issue. check out the official nwn2 forums for more information.Comment

Thanks for the replies, I found the problem. The nwncdkey.ini file didn't register the MoTB cd key so I had to add it and viola I was allowed in.Comment
