Lag 2/24 5 EST I know why.

I think I figured why the lag monster jumped up and bit Sundren in the arse. People spamming a full server. I saw this in NWN1. People continue to try to join a full server and it sucks the life outta the server. It lags the server and often crashes people goin through Transitions or logging in. And when they see an open spot 50 people try to join at once. I think this is the issue.

Honestly, the lag almost makes me happy, because it shows ppl are loving Sundren. More ppl = more fun to be honest (even though 50 adventurers in one goblin cave is a bit much. Really, its like armies coming down and slaughtering these guys, do they breed asexually, or split like cells? lol).

Im sure, however, in time the 20-40 bad players will leave, or be punished one too many times.

The server is probably going to get regular upgrades to the point that it can handle a hefty load of players and deal with the people attempting to log in without problem

I have other bandwidth monitoring softwares running. Normally bandwidth is green, then suddenly POOF flooding occurs and it shoots red, very sudden.
