Pets? Whats a pet?
A pet: A reward for excellent care bear Role Playing. You cannot buy them, nor can you beg a DM for them. If you don't know what care bear role playing means, your not doing it, so don't worry about it.
Things to know:
Pets are 1 HP critters. They die easy. And they die permanently.
Pets know to run from hostile creatures to them. They do not know to run from the Blackguard of bane when he walks up and puts a boot in their butt though.
Just as you can pick up your pet, so can others. Watch your pet carefully, lest an evil banite steal your pet and hold it for sacrifice/ransom.
Pets are smart enough to not wander to far from the place you set them down at. (Read: They will not wander far from the place you set them at, not necessarily where you are at)
Pets WILL NOT fight each other. No dog fights or cock fights, sorry. Please do not request this.
And yes.. the first pet on the server was a pig named Hano the great. He was slaughtered by Sundrenite guards within seconds though. If you have questions, this is the place to put them at.
