Dwarves wanted!

I'm lookin to form up a Dwarven squad to make some patrols around the lands of Sundren. And I just wanted to know if there was any interest for it. My character use to be in a Dwarven Patrol back in Citadel Felbarr and since he has such an affinity for his kin, as most Dwarves do.. He is interested in seeking out Dwarves to join him. A pack of powerful Dwarves would be fun to run about with.

I couldn't find a forum really to post a roleplayed posting from Gael, and I'm just curious if any dwarf roleplayers would be interested in forming such a group, perhaps of 4 or 5 dwarves of any classes, typically melee or a cleric I would guess since they're not known for much other than those 2 classes typically, but I'm sure even the odd sort would be welcome since they're kin.

Also if there is indeed an interest from some folks, I'd be glad to post a rp note on some forum. Perhaps the roleplaying thing, even though its typically for stories?

I like the way you think, but the stout folk are pretty scarce on Sundren. Count me in if you come up some sort of extended clan.
My hopes have been once the Faction system is fully up and running, all the Delvers will gravitate to a single one and we can go from there.
Currently there are only 3-5 kin on regularly that I know of.

Ah, well I'm knowing of myself aka Gael Ironhide, one of the Stonefist boys, and I'm sure theres bound to be 2 more of us wanderin around.

I'm not sure If we'd have enough to form our own clan, but as I'm sure the Battlehammer dwarf knows theres a group known as the Gutbuster Brigade that serves King Bruenor as an elite squad. Perhaps since our numbers are sparse compared to that of the other ilk in Sundren, perhaps we could be simply refered to by our brigade, or squad name... Something like the SkullCleaver's.. Just a thought since we're all bound to have either belonged to another clansake or are the head of our own.. This way we're given a title of Imfamousy and something we can all be readily identified as.

You can post in the Roleplay section about hooking up.

You could post a notice on a post or something around the city with what you want and maybe where you want to meet.

'Ironhead' Lundgriff Coppersteen, though not a Gutbuster(but is very familiar with them), is from the Spine of the World Mountains and would definatly fit right in with that. Only problem I can forsee for myself is I don't get to play that often (there goes real life getting in the way again), and when I do it is usually late at night. Otherwise if thats not a problem, count 'Ironhead' in.

Well, tonight only one other dwarf showed up at the given time, we RP'd for about 20+mins and then headed out with his halfling friend. I suppose 2 dwarves are better than one! Where were you bums! Lol, maybe nextime.. I'd like to work out some times we can all get on together!

So, do you all have any particular time that you guys get on throughout the week/weekend? I'm sure we all don't get to play as much as we'd like, but hopefully theres some time we can all cross paths. I'm in the central time zone and I think either like 3-5 is good for me or like 7-9 maybe Its kinda random when I can get on except for Mondays and Wednesdays, my gf works untill 6 and I work until 3, so I have 3 hours O fun on them days.. My gf gets all flustered if I play too much lol. I'm hopin to try the gathering again, maybe on Sunday evening and if not then, maybe Memorial Day sometime we can all agree on. I have the day off.

OK, so heres a List of all of us, and I'm aware of one dwarf that made it last night, but my gf made me get off and I didnt get his name.. I'nm thinking it was a D***** D*** name, but I'll list what I got.. And Nickbeat from the boards.. didnt put up his Dwarfs name, but I'll add him to the list.

So thats 8 of us so far, and if even just 3 of us at a time could find each other I think it would give us a creditable appearance. When I wander with you all, if your too high for me, I'll be more interested in the RP and the fact that we're a squad of Dwarves so don't let level bother ye.. atleast where I'm concerned. I'm hoping to keep leveling at a steady pace on my own, and I really want this group to take form!

PS If you don't mind lettin me know ur levels I'll add it to the list so we can better judge our str.
