FYI, I have NWN2 Gold, and am able to play Sundren just finely.

Well, like I said, I use it, and can play on Sundren just fine.

I think the new feats are Official Campaign only anyway, and have no bearing on online servers like Sundren. I don't know if there's any new spells. Unless you're talking about whether or not Sundren supports the new expansion, then the answer is yes. In fact you need the expansion to play it.
