Quick question about Nature's Warrior

I noticed that on the wiki Nature's Warrior is in the Locked Classes-Hidden Access section (I'm guessing because it's a custom in house PRC and all of the others are also listed there.) Unlike other custom PRC's like the MoMF it doesn't seem to require any special DM granted feats to take it (at least not any are listed). So is this class actually restricted and requiring DM permission, or can anyone take it if they meet the requirements?

I wasn't necessarily looking to take the class right now (although it looks interesting) or anything, it just looked a bit unclear, and I thought it would be good to clarify for anyone who was interested in it.

Edit: I'm guessing it's restricted, I just want to make sure, cause I thought all the other special PRC's required a DM granted feat.
