2 things I'd like to make clear on this.
#1) Yes we know that the stupid feats are shifted off by 1. Say you chose the north, you end up with a feat for Nelathner Isels. Just make sure you choose the right one, and next time we do an update, you'll notice that your feat will be correctly updated.
#2) A lot of the info for the regions is incomplete and could use more TLC. If you see a region and wish to supply some more data for it, by all means send it to me at sharringtonm@aol.com and I'll add it.
