I don't really understand how the Rep system works. I've tried to add, and also subtract, from people's Rep's at different times, and I never notice an increase or decrease in the number.Pyras: Red Wizard of Thay, High Arcanist of Illusion, Master of the Enclave's Knight Commander.

I kinda wonder about actually getting the rep too because I've also tried to give someone rep but never really notice it go up. Is it something like, we opt to give a rep point, and that queues up something for the DM to verify or deny it before giving the rep point or something?
