Referals

In personal profiles on the forums, there is a section that says the amount of Referals you have.

A) How do you get them, and give them?

B) What do they mean...

I DONT UNDERSTAND.

If there are already answers to these questions somewhere, sue me.

When a new person registers they can write your name as a "referrer".

The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.
