I am a new player and looking to see if there is an area of the map or city that is designated as an Elven community or if all areas are mixed race areas. Im also new to NWN2 so I am taking some time to figure out the controls, movement etc. So if you see me afk I'm probably alt + tabbed trying to research something.

Is there a place on the forums here where I can get a breakdown of the world map to know places where I should and should not be based on race etc,..

While I don't think I've ever found an elf specific community myself, if you hang out in the druid glade / rangers outpost, the majority of the people you will meet are probably going to be elves. When I'm there I normally only see elves because the majority of the druids/rangers on the server seem to be elves. Otherwise the Exigo campfire seems to be the most active non-combat area and you can find all types there, the Exigo is my suggestion if you want to role play with elves.

The elven population is actually quite low and therefor there are no significant elven communities. See our wiki for more info on racial relations and info about regions.
