Character Concepts You Pondered While the Server Was Down

Yay, I ended up making my bard character, and he's a lot better than my thief. I'm kind of glad the server went down now

Paladin/Rogue/Shadowdancer, probably Human. Yeah, thats right, a stealthy, sneaky, trap-using, unorthodox Paladin.

Actually, there's a Prestige Class just like this in one of the books. They aren't paladins cause they do have to break the law, but they do work for the good churches and divine. Their job is usually to reaquire stolen goods. They even get special bonus feats in line with this.

And to continue your example of Batman, he wouldn't be a paladin either. His very nature, vigilantism, breaks the law. Most people forget about that part of the law.

I had a few ideas I was playing around with. I might actually make them...

I was thinking about a Sorcerer/Rogue/Assassin, or Sorcerer/Rogue/Shadow Thief. I tend to gravitate towards thieves in general because I *love* the flexibility that the class provides. There are just so many facets to the Rogue class... This character would be an interrogator type, who would love to scare the living crap out of people, even more than Hlaine. He would be quiet, offensive, rude, and arrogant, but in such a way that you agreed with him and felt like you were in the wrong all the time. I played him once on another server, and people just straight up *hated* him, but a few people actually got past his mannerisms and found a use for his unique "abilities".

I've also pondered creating a Rogue/Fighter/Duelist/Harper Agent. Actually, he already exists, but he hasn't gotten to the "Duelist" or "Harper Agent" part. I just enjoy playing Deul too much. He would be very Zorro-like, except he wouldn't wear a black hat and speak in a spanish accent. He would most likely wear a green hat and speak in a heavy irish or scottish brogue. *wink* ARR! FINN LIVES!

I was also thinking about creating a Cleric of Bashaba/Assassin. I'm sure however, on this surver, he would get executed *promptly*, unless he was very very good at running away.

Oh...I was also thinking about making a Druid/Fighter, sortof a grizzly "Watcher of the Wilds" character, who would walk around with a cane and tend to people's crops for them. Sortof like a shoe gnome, but hes a plant...gnome.
