Server Crashed, and no DM help?? What's the deal?

Ok, the server just crashed, and i had bought a whole stack of potions. When i go to re-log, my potions are gone, and so is the gold i spent on them. I ask for a dm to help me out, and they just tell me to go buy more.

Umm, is that really the message you want to send to your new players? I know it's kindof petty, but, this would never happen in pnp.

I understand your frustration with crashes. You told me specifically you still have the coins. While I'm helping 10 other people who have issues such as joining dead, or being grief'd, I may not be able to port you to the store to save you walking speed. Not to mention you were being rude with your requests, mocking my shouts with messages like "I'd like to thank the academy award --- Can I get my potions now?!?!"

Is that the message you want to send to DM's right away?
