second impressions - rather good
When i was talking about the +5 weapon i was simply exaggerating the point i was trying to make - that power should be earnt over time rather than given on a whim. (isn't it difficult to get points across accurately on forums compared to face to face).
Anyway after another hour of playing completly lag free i'm slowly being drawn in and notice that this seems very much my kind of world. Slow levelling, little wealth and magic seems to be the way of things - great stuff!
One thing i have noticed which could be just me/my setup is that often when going uphill or looking around uphill the camera is zoomed in quite a lot so little can be seen of the area. I've played around with the camera but no success. Does anyone else have this problem and if so are there any easy solutions to sort it ?
Going back in and hopefully if its lag free i'll report anyting further i find from a newbies perspective...
