  • In game Laws?

I heard someone talking that it was posted before, wondeing if someone can post a link to it or post what the in game laws of land of Sundren are?
Sacrifice everything as the final darkness falls... in the end, all that awaits you is death. Only then will you understand - you've been following in my footsteps all along.
So come then, you heroes! Come in all your power and glory! For in the final hour, all must serve the one... true... king.

What are the laws regarding warlocks? I'm sure with the recent advent of the Inquisition, laws have been put into place dealing with those evil/occasionally good- doers.

Half-Drow? Same thing as Drow. People can try to exploit loopholes if they want, however, but don't expect guards to help if a drow/half-drow starts yelling out "Help! Help! I'm being oppressed!"

There are no current laws against Warlocks, but a good deal of churches that operate in Sundren don't like the idea of Warlocks; so if there's a couple Inquisitors standing outside your door one day with a 'warrant for arrest' (i.e. I have a sword; shut up and follow or we'll play with your body like a jigsaw puzzle) then I wouldn't be surprised.

I believe there is a law against summoning demonic or undead creatures.........so, if you are a Warlock and running around with your undead buddy, expect to be arrested, killed, or at least brutalized by the local citizenry.

Practicing the act of necromancy with intent to raise the living dead is against the law and punishable by exile or death, I believe.
                Active
Reinamar Stormseeker - The bladestorm that must turn back the wind. Arkerym of The People, practitioner of the forgotten art, pariah.

Tyler Penleigh - Obligatory author insert, Red Blade Defender, sarcastic jerk, caring brother, loving fiancé, war criminal.

                Retired/Dead
Eirimil Gaelazair (Dead)- Bitter. Caustic. Abrasive. Egocentric. Probably right. Found dead in the burned-out Viridale forest a few weeks after the survivors were able to sweep the area after the Bloodmaim offensive. Aside from his usual attire, an intricate music box was the only thing in his possession.

warlocks are the product of worshiping devils and demons. if you have the fiend folio, you'll be able to read up on Mephistopheles and Asmodeus. you'll see a good percentage of warlocks gain their powers from them.

its been awhile since i read about the drow warlocks. i would assume they gain their powers through the demons.
