Okay, in the wiki it says he has a bounty on his head, hes a big baddy and all. But if you go into the Kurz Cartel, you pretty much killl him. And uhhh, what about the bounty n all? His smugglers r still there, and he keeps respawning. Can they afford that many true ressurctions? It doesnt really make Sense. The Gnoll Chief, GOblin Chief, and all are simply chieftains. They aren't acutally somone so important thats mentioned in the wiki n all, more n more chieftains can simply be elected.. But, this doesnt make sense.. So yeah. I just wanted to point that out.

For continuity, he'll keep coming back and won't be permanently killed off unless it is in a plot that a DM is running. Additionally, I believe Kurz may be part of a quest or series of quests that are forthcoming. Whether something makes sense or not is mostly irrelevent. And, yeah, this is a bit strange, but that's just the way it is. Happens on nearly every persistent world.

Here's how I'd explain his returns: You 'kill' Kurz. Unfortunately, he's a tough son of a bitch and you've only wounded him; albeit badly. He crawls away to lick his wounds and return at a later date to, hopefully, a more successful venture.

Kurz will be moving soon enough. That's a lower level Kurz area. He's going to be moving to the higher level Kurz area.

Well, given the way things have been going -- you kill him in the high-level area, you deserve a cookie anyhow. It's probably not going to be something you can do without a massive expenditure of time and effort.

, no, but it'd rather like to see Kurz Vileblech as a dm controlled unit rather then simply a boss you can kill over and over. I mean.. The guy has his own section in the wiki... , just thought he might be a bit more important then a simple boss that can be easily killed and doesnt really say stuff...
