Just wondering what time is this placed in, as in if its the :OMG DROW SLAY IT WITHOUT TALKING TO IT time, or the time where people just dont like them, but accept them into the towns. And another question, will drows, aasmairs, and tieflings be allowed acess for only good rpers? Because too many aasmairs and tieflings is strange, seeing as a common folk would rarely see one or two in his whole life. And drows would usually be in the underdark.

Initially we don't intend to limit the special races. The reason for this is because the ECL makes them very difficult and hard to play. That being said, I do personally hold those who take on ECL races to a higher standard as far as knowledge of the race they play and how to accurately portray it goes.-Harbinger of Justice
Death:"Humans need fantasy to be human, to be the place where the falling angel meets the rising ape."
Woman: "Tooth fairies? Hogfathers? Little--"
Death: "Yes. As Practice. You have to start out learning to believe the little lies."
Woman: "So we can belive the big ones?"
Death: "Yes. Justice. Mercy. Duty. Things of that nature."

. Drows just don't get much love from other races. However OOCly I love the drow.
The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.

Honestly, I don't read any of the D&D books so only only know about drizzt through wikipedia. It seems to me like saying a human wizard typical because Elminster was a wizard. Just my opinion, but if a character is well done I have no problem. The problem with the future is that it keeps turning into the present.

The Book of Exalted Deeds is choppy on the subject, but what is the moral standpoint of actually killing a drow flat off, no information, just pure, racially motivated hate? I mean, Daniel won't be doing that for sure, but if I make something that hates drow for any reason, I want to know what that would be treated as. And no, this isn't a query about: "Can we kill a race if our character really hates that race?" It's just drow, even more than tieflings, tend to get... well... uhm... annihilated if they're caught anywhere on the surface.
At least from my experience.

Some races may conflict with each other. Such is the nature of the realms. As long as it remains in character and is within the boundries of reason, it's perfectly acceptable. The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.

There's a difference between griefing and roleplaying a dislike for a race. DMs will be able to tell the difference.
Griefing is not permitted on anyone, regardless of race. Please remember this is seperate from disliking a race IC.The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.

This could use some clarification... most elves, especially sun elves would be close to KOS vs Drow. I refrained from attacking one today because I'm not familiar with the server's approach and the setting being where it is, close to Drrizt's Icewind Dale and a rather unique place in the Realms, maybe things are different here.
My PC was still quite shocked to hear from someone that there are no less than three drow walking around undisturbed... which to me was rather disturbing...PC - Corwin Eska'las (Sun Elf pursuing the dream of becoming a Bladesinger)
Alt PC - Brevin Smoothands (meticulously groomed half orc bard swashbuckler... sort of... sings great, less fighting)
