    I think I'm done.

    I'm sorry guys, its nothing with Sundren but I think I'm done with it.

    I just can't take the fucking crashes anymore. And I can't even load into the death area. I died and I crash and I try to load in and crash and I did that for 6 times. 6 crashes.

    And I have tried everything to fix it. I've reinstalled my game 4 times now, run at least a dozen virus checks, deleted half my applacations and nothing works.

    And my computer doesn't need the constant restarting. It's probably not going to last long as it is and I don't have the money to buy another.

    So just saying bye guys, it was great.

    Gah stratigo, it is really horrible to see you go. You were one of the old players, (Well, a bit old.) and it was fun rping with you and simply talking to you OOCly. Good luck to wherever you go...

      Bugger.
      Shame it has to do with game-specs issues (WASD), and perhaps dodgy internet access on people like myself's part.

        Don't leave for two long. Expansion is out in two months, and after it's release, PW's get all the focus for patching and issues. So, take a break ^_^

        I've also been assured the graphics engine runs faster in expansion cuz they fixed graphics issues.

          Well i'm hoping that I can find a way around my crashing issues before then, but if they fix the problems I have with this I'll be happy.

              Crashes in NWN2 are something we must live with. Even people running the game on higher-end systems and with rather good internet connections still suffer from the curse of the crash.

              The game should be truly playable around late 2007/early 2008. In the meantime, finding another game to play or simply living with the constant issues are the only two options we really have.

                Yes, terribly. Even on this machine, which normally runs Neverwinter Nights 2 smoothly, I often find myself crashing out several times in a row and being incapable of logging back in.

                Regardless, I'm going to miss you, Stratty. Be sure to come back as soon as everything gets worked out with your computer problems. I still have yet to rain fireballs of death from the sky and you should be around when I first do, seeing as you initially suggested it to me.

                  had a blast with tollin (when he was'nt playin the hide and seek)
                  But I think were all holdin out faith the game will be stabilized.

                    Oh I know, and if it was just crashing I'd live with it. But now when I crash my computer freezes and I have to restart. And I doubt anyone will say restarting you're computer a dozen times a day is healthy for it, and I have to make this one last until I have some money or I can get my parents to get me another for christmas (which is what I'm pulling for.)

                      PLaying windowed mode is a must. Crashing is much less deadly.

                          I'm getting used to DMing in windowed mode, thanks to the ability to turn the screen with the directional keys, but as a player I MUST use Fullscreen, despite crashes.

                            I play windowed. When I crash the game just doesn't crash, my entire computer crashes.

                              In due time I am sure that Obsidian will have all the stability issues iron out, especially since we have got an upcoming patch dedicated to multiplayer.

                              I, personally, hate to see you go. You contributed a lot to the community and such steadfast support does not go unnoticed.

                              Please return quickly. We're already working on adapting MOTB content
