I was just curious as to whether or not there are recipe books floating around, or if they are in process of being balanced out and awaiting implementation.

The Sundren library has a few, although some recipes won't be published at all, while others will be harder to find.The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.
