I see. the application on ECL is fair enough, though i'd still prefer application on all. -

Nothing says ECL's can't make it to max level in any rule I ever read, they just take a longer time to get there. Even though I don't tend to play them I think they should be allowed to get the same levels everyone else does.Comment
