    Faction Forums

    So I went to see which faction forum I was joined to, and lo and behold I was still in the defunct Wardens faction forum! So I left that one, and that's when I noticed that anyone can join the Tuatha Dé Dúlra and Cwn Annwn faction forums. Looks like there is some setting that needs to be corrected on the forums so that these factions can only be joined by request.

    Note: I joined myself to Cwn Annwn as Khyron is in that faction

    I'm unsure if we have a developer supporting the website side of things at the moment but I can confirm that these two factions have their forums setup differently.

            Lotus, it does not appear to have been amended at this time. Looking at the Group Memberships menu in the User CP tab, the Tuatha and Cŵn forums are still listed as "Anyone is free to join this group".
            All other groups have a list of moderators who must approve group-membership requests.

              At urging, I looked and I have membership to Tuatha, though I never have requested it, and never peeked.

                As a member of the tuatha and the forum, I was told that it was how it was going to be for the time being. Its better than nothing mind you.

                I don't think anyone is gonna take advantage of it.

                        When I go to the Tuatha forum, I see no posts (expected behavior)
                        When I go to the Cwn Annwn forum, I can create new posts and see the posts (expected behavior)

                        Maybe, if someone could try going into Cwn Annwn and verify that they can't get to my "the Hunt Begins" post there, then we can close this issue as fixed.

                            Problem was I hadn't designated anyone as a group leader or moderator, so the join requests bypassed moderation. Derp.
