Factions

Dear Sundren staff...

Please explain to me how factions work? Are they currently in place, or in the process of being implemented? If they are in place, is there a list of them posted somewhere? How does one go about joining a faction? Does it have to RP'd with a certain DM? Is it 'Request only'? Thanks in advance for any information.

In one way, there are factions and some are joinable. However, at the current time, actual changes to your stance (friendly/neutral/hostile) towards them are non-existant as the technical aspects of the system are still being worked out.

What joinable factions currently exist are either player run, still in the early stages of getting set up, or don't require a faction system to join (e.g. the Vigilant Eye, the Elves and the Underworld).
