• Feats: Weapon Proficiency (Martial), Still Spell
• Spellcasting: Able to cast 3rd-level arcane spells

In game the description says Magic Attuned and Combat Expertise are also necessary. Which is correct?

According to the requirement 2da for EK, the wiki is accurate with the exception of requiring a script variable unlock which I assume is granted by the system.

Line 16781782 in the tlk should probably be corrected and this moved to a minimal bug.

What you listed is right Magic Attuned and Combat Expertise are NOT needed.
