  • NwN2 Chatbar Length

    Is abysmally short.

Has anyone found any UI mods or workarounds to extend the amount you can put into the chatbar before the game cuts it off? After playing NwN1 for so long, I came to realize that NwN2's chat limit is criminally short.

And extensive googling finds me no decent solutions in the area of UI mods or workarounds.
"Men fear thought as they fear nothing else on earth -- more than ruin -- more even than death.... Thought is subversive and revolutionary, destructive and terrible, thought is merciless to privilege, established institutions, and comfortable habit. Thought looks into the pit of hell and is not afraid. Thought is great and swift and free, the light of the world, and the chief glory of man."

This might be what you're looking for. The client extender fixes a lot of bugs and adds many useful additions to the UI, among which includes an external chat box with zero character limit (as far as I'm aware) and the ability to repost previous messages.

You could minimize and use the client extensions chatbox, it's unlimited.
      Characters:

      Elizabeth Brooks
Human Cleric of Tyr, Initiate of the Just
      Vivian Shadechild
      Wanderer of Innocence and Hugs

That is exactly what I need and thank you so much for it.
