    I joined myself to the Corps as they seem to be the only surviving faction that is stationed in Avanthyr. At least, there are some NPC's and a faction store there. Also their faction doesn't seem to be as hard-line and exclusionist as a lot of the other "Good" factions.

    Unfortunately, Tery soon informed me that the faction does not in fact exist any longer and I am probably violating some fundamental law of the Universe by joining!

    Is this true? I joined via the book in Sundren library. Is it a bug/oversight still being able to join?

    I didn't even know the book / join method existed!

    The CdG were folded into Blackwood as an intelligence and diplomatic division, with Blackwood pulling out it is of course possible that RP may yet lead to another schism so who knows what'll be happening now - RP may lead to the CdG remaining in Avanthyr as a separate entity, it may not. RP! Yeah!

    Also, the universe asked me to stop you violating it.

            Artemis was in the CdG until recently. I switched her to Triumvirate because I was under the impression the faction was straight up dead. Word on the street is that the PC's had all gone into Blackwood or found new homes. Now I have to start trying to jumpstart a Lathander faction since all Trium stuff is not of my god, and therefor inferior...

              Artemis is a Lathanderite, no? The Triumvirate is not accepting people who worship gods not in the Triumvirate. See a DM in-game to fix this.

                    Huh, I thought the triumvirate would take those who were on the "Do not blaspheme!" list. On the plus side, no more running 1,000 miles to turn in a flag!

                        It doesn't make sense for the Triad to bring people into its fold who serve gods that aren't their gods, especially Lathanderites, who aren't exactly known for their solemn sobriety and respect for lawful authority.
