Cora is actually hoping to get elvish support as the task of cleansing the forest is likely to take more than several generations, hence how having long living elves would be a benefit, but it's not like I want to just lump all elves with the Nature faction either. I wouldn't mind them starting their own elvish settlement alongside us, though.

I picture the fort itself being the "center" of the nature faction, while the nearby settlements will belong to House Ulsteris and/or any other faction that wants to get in on it.
It is better to try and fail than to never try at all. Those who never try are cursed to wonder what might have been.

They had an elvish camp some years back, but the elves were so independent it wasn't used that much.

Super handily she's also like a major nature deity that bridges the Urban-Wild gap and has close ties to a bucket full of other nature deities making her the numero uno choice. Plus it expands on existing server lore. The temple could provide a rich bed for ideas to grow organically and cross pollinate with mental bees or something.
Already a step ahead of you, Quintin Ulsteris has been pursuing that agenda for a little bit with the different nature folk, seeing if enough of them are still alive in order to gather them in one place. And, it just so happens he is a master architect/engineer with a house that specializes in laborers.
