Hey guys, quite some time ago there was a screen shot competition for Sundren where the winners could customise an item for one of their chr's and have it brought into the game.
Now I was fortunate enough to win a prize and I actually made up a new looking set of my main guy's armour as the original looks rather lacklustre and was only meant to be a placeholder until the proper suit got made (which never happened). The resref for the updated look was sent to a dm at the time but unfortunately never made it in.
I have a new laptop now and all my old stuff is lost on my old alienware rig that melted so I dont have a copy of the original resref.
So I have decided to finally get round to sorting it out again.
Only problem is, it has been an age since I last opened the toolset and for the life of me I cannot recall if there was any particular way items were supposed to be 'Tagged'. The item in question is Ignus' mithral armour, at the moment i'm just using the standard mirthral breastplate item from the item list and obviously customising it to match the name and properties of my original suit, does it matter if the item I am making still has the base mithral breastplate tag? (it's mwa_hvfp_mth_4 just in case that even really matters?)
Sorry for the possibly noobish questions but I don't want to pass the res ref to a dm with a request to be exchanged with my old suit only to find that something is wrong with the tag or whatever..
