Having Problems

Hi there. I'm new to the server, looking forward to playing, and to be honest, a little new to nwn2 in general, but i've gotten halfway through the campaign, so i think i can manage. But for some reason, whenever i go to play my character, just as it starts to load the module, i get booted. I'm probably doing something wrong, but what?

make sure you submitted your correct sign in on your character submission.

I think I found the problem. My account name has a space instead of underscore, but whenever i try to make an account with the space instead of the underscore, apparently that name has already been made.. I don't suppose it would be possible to change that application login to have a space instead of an underscore? I know I've been a little bit of trouble as far as applications go today T.T
(I'm the one who had to resubmit the two Drado applications)

I thought that may have been the case when you were approved.
Try it again now and if you need help again put it in the help request area.
