multi-player error

    multi-player error

    hi again guys...

    I tried to start the multi-player, but have an error. It says that I cannot connect to the authenticator. Then it sends me in (sort of) and I cannot see any games to join.

    Please help me I am very keen to play.

    You want the Latest one, at the bottom.

    Gamespy took the authentication server down, so Skywing made his own. It's what the whole community is using at the moment.

        have been doing some other stuff. ( hehe playing the new Neverwinter). Will log in soon once I figure out what will be my fav character.

          There is also the option to add Sundren to you favorites manually if the client extender gives you trouble (I know it messes up my system).

            I couldn't find it but there's a thread that gives you a daemon to bypass the old Gamespy server. Then you can use the Direct Connect option. Add these two lines in the Profile section of nwn2player.ini:

            Direct Connect IP=nwn.sundren.org:5125
            Direct Connect Password=

            or, of course, just type "nwn.sundren.org:5125" (without the quotes) into the Direct Connect box the first time you try.

                As long as your NWN2 is up to the latest version (v1.23) you should simply log in and the Autodownloader will download anything else you need from the server.

                  Please that is a massive list of files. Latest one on the bottom from the 4th page or the first page etc? I'm feeling a little daft so please can I have Sundren-for-Dummies

                    If you connect to the server for the first time it will take awhile to download.
                    The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.
