Are Kossuth and other elemental gods more "universal" among the races? Or are they still pretty much exclusively worshiped by hummies?

From what I understand, the elemental gods are pretty universal, but tend not to be entirely interested in things going on in the Realms (with the noticeable exception of Kossuth).
