I seem to be able to connect to the server fine, with a low ping, but none of my characters are appearing. Vault problem? Maintenance?

Nope no issues, and I see plenty of files in your vault.The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.

Okay now I'm panicking. At my first post I saw no one on, and figured the problem wasn't me, now I see five people on, have done a hard reboot, but still nothing shows up in my vault for me when I connect. Suggestions?
