Uthgar is listed in the Sundren Wiki as a deity, but is not selectable in-game. Is it possible to worship him? Does it need to be set by a DM, or is there no functionality for his worship at all? Thanks-

Uthgar himself is not worshiped by the barbarian tribes, rather spirit animal aspects of him that emphasize the various barbarian virtues are worshipped.
Neither he nor his aspects are selectable in game, mainly because his worship is confined to the insular barbarian tribes that are not in Sundren. If you still want to play an Uthgar barbarian, I would suggest you select Tempus as your patron and then pick a tribe to be from and venerate your totem, rather than Uthgar himself.
