New Fighter Feats

I have been talking in game with a few folks about the new fighter/rogue feats and so far we all agree they are awesome. I wanted to ask if they are all functional.

Before Saulus departed to Europe on vacation, he posted that Weapon Mastery at Level 20 would be implemented within two weeks. Is it possible some of the other new fighter feats are also delayed?

Fighter

• Added: Bravery (Bonus to Will saves versus Fear)
• Added: Armor Training (Reduces armor check penalties and increases maximum dexterity bonus of armor)
• Added: Weapon Training (Increases attack bonus of all weapons in which you have weapon focus)
• Added: Armor Mastery (Gain DR 5/- whenever wearing armor or while equipping a shield
• Modified: 4 skill points per level
• Modified: Many new class skills
  
  Weapon Mastery at level 20 will be implemented within 2 weeks

Here is why I am asking. I calculated my own BAB and determined that I am two points shy… I opine it may be the new Weapon’s Training feats. Here are my calculations.

BAB + Ability Modifier + Feat Bonuses

· 20th level Fighter/Stalwart Defender = 20 BAB
· Strength Ability modifier bonus = +7
· Weapon Focus War hammer = +1
· Greater Weapon Focus = +1
· Dirty Rat = +1
· Weapon’s Training (Lvl 5) = +1
· Weapon’s Training (Lvl 9) = +1


Total BAB = 32. I am only showing a 30 BAB in game. Anyone else having a similar problem?

No I use a large shield. But even though a large shield should not matter, once I remove it my BAB remains at 30.
