  • On Drow, all read or drown in tuna.

As of lately we've had a few complaints from Drow players how they are treated by other players. Not IC-ly, but OOC-ly. And it disturbs me. Let me make a few things clear:

    1. PVP-ing on sight. Don't do it, OR send a tell message and wait for a response so it CAN be properly rp-ed out.
Sure drow are nasty vile creatures that should be slain on sight. But there are still players behind them, and if you are standing somewhere doing nothing and you are slain out of the blue it's... stupid.

    2. Currently drow have to move through some Drow restricted areas, such as the Viridale encampment, while they should be able to move around it. If someone tells you he is no there but passing through OOCly, then respect this.

    3. Don't slay newbies just because you can. If you are a level 15 character kick the level 3 drow in the groin, kick him away, spit on him, do all you want, but no PVP. It's very lame.

And overall people, the damn PVP rules apply to every race and player. No exceptions. Play by them. If I catch you doing otherwise I'm going to show you every corner of Sundren.

Having not read the rules is no excuse. Thank you

Of course, telling people to read the rules on the forums where they're not visitting is not going to do much. But we're getting alot of complaints lately, and they seem to be that people are not reading the forums regularly.

We're more likely to update the forums to express staff opinion than the module.

The modules in NWN2 are a bit more annoying to update than NWN1.

True, but if you took your time to look up sundren, then sundren.org, then registered, bothered to write a character out, get it approved. Then I'm assuming people read at least the rules on the page aswell
