Stacking DR?

I think the spell and item are the same type and vulnerability DR. Will they combine for DR6? Anyone tried this?

As far as I know, spell and item DR will never stack. However, I haven't tested with that.

ok, dr/- and dr/specific should both run a reduction to incoming damage, however after testing this with a cold iron axe, the dr from an adamantine shield does not appear to be functioning. This may be a bug, or it may be intentionally not appearing in the event log, if a DM can verify this.

Edit: tested with only the shield and no other reductions running.
