Mithril chain shirt

Can someone who has one give me the complete description of a Mithril Chain Shirt, please? There seems to be a lot of differing opinion about the exact properties. Thanks in advance.

It should be light armour, ac4, max dex 6, armour check 0, 10% arcane spell failure, 60% of weight.
