I found this very useful write-up for shapeshifting:
    http://nwn2.wikia.com/wiki/Druid

One point I was hoping folks could help clarify for me: can you activate Elephants Hide or Oaken Resiliance after shapeshifting and have it be useful? If I take some half spell progression classes, my barkskin AC won't get up to 5.

Also, I'm curious about the Nature's Warrior feats. Will Armor of the Crocodile stack with Elephants Hide or Barkskin (I'm guessing no, since it's natural armor)? Will Earth's Resiliance stack with Stoneskin (I'm guessing yes, since they're both adamantine penetration)?

Thanks for any infoz ya gots!

Nope - All feats are disabled when you polymorph, including Oaken Resiliance and Elephants Hide.

It's a shame that they and other combat feats don't carry over.. A dire bear that could knockdown or a dragon that could disarm.

      But, no. They don't work.

Hm. What if you slap on Elephants Hide and then shapeshift? Does it strip away the buff?

Anyone have experience with the NW feats above?

Yup, the EH then transform works. Until you transition (although I think -hope- that's one of the transition issues that's being worked on atm).

            More feat questions! Yea!...

I was reading that Weapon Finese doesn't work for creature weapons. Although it updates the attacks listed on the character sheet, the game engine considers the creature weapons as medium sized. So, the actual game bonuses don't match what's shown on the character sheet. I was considering DEX-based forms, such as air elemental. Does anyone have experience that can confirm this?

Additionally, I was thinking about creatures with multiple creature weapons. In creature designing, I think it's the Multi-attack feat that lets them attack with all weapons each round. Would Two-Weapon Fighting add another attack for shapeshifters in these forms? And would Oversized Weapon apply?

(And with the talk of MoMF being pretty weak, adding Multiattack as a granted feat for the class at Level X might make it better, targeting creature forms!)

Thanks for any infoz you've had while exploring!

(( Nevermind! Confirmed Two Weapon doesn't work, nor does Weapon Finese ))

The class is awesome greatness for RP value, but it's hilariously weak in game. Soul crushingly weak. Honestly, it'll make you want to cry.

This. Though I understand changes are being considered. At this time however there is one form that is good, the rest are only useful when you wont be in combat. Also, the dragon forms are quite sad, As is after getting 6 levels ((For Beholder)) it is not worth it. ((Not that losing 6 caster levels for one form is all that wonderful))

I do like the eye lasers though.
