2DA Issue may have removed generic feats

The generic feats like Aid Others, Grapple, etc, may have vanished from your characters.

I've made a script change for next update that'll automatically reapply them.

Essentially the issue was the feats 2da messed up so the game thought they weren't there anymore and removed them. When the 2da got fixed it wasn't aware it was supposed to reapply them.

So, you'll get them back after script fix.
