Rep Points Question

Hi, apology in advance if this is written up somewhere...I did look.

What are the Rep Point requirements for additional Faction Ranks?

I had guessed that it followed the indications mentioned in the Faction Store item-rank requirements...but I just passed one of the mentioned milestones, and didn't gain a rank.

Just curious, thanks...adventuring goes on unabated.

...vaguely hoping a new rank might connect to new quests.

The idea is more rank based faction quests but we are pretty short on the dev end at the moment.

I can say that the rep requirement on items doesn't always coincide with rank gains, usually the first few ranks in each faction are at the thousand marker (1000, 2000, etc) ... but each faction is different on ranks so we adjust.

Sounds good, thx...if it helps the quest for quests, I was daydreaming that a new rank might drop a sygnus in the inventory and mabe add a few items to the faction store.

While on the subject, may as well mention it here, just FYI. It is fiendishly difficult to assemble a useful kit of equipment for a Dex based fighter...up until recently I was still taking serious damage from odorous goblins with poor dental hygene.

Remember talking this over with PL a long time ago... our idea was every 5000 rep, and it would only be granted if you had 2 or less signuses already.
