Sooo any idea when we will get to talk to each other rather than graffiti plastering the forums? I would like to play and magic my way through umm... drainage ditches as of late but you know... every little bit counts... and I keep good company. While failing the download is bad, the 404 errors on the website this morning was crushing... so there is improvement.

Coooool.... I'd actually like a vault wipe. Everyone's in the same level range, fresh characters and RP.

I wouldn't complain, being low-ish level. Still, this character I have is still fresh, so I'd remake her.

Vault wipes never really solve any percieved problems with a server any more than killing every person you see with a certain disease will cure it.

You want a problem solved? Have Mystra come down and pimp-slap all the high level spellcasters who keep messing up her Weave to show off.

What exactly is the problem?

I ask because I'm curious not impatient. I'm genuinely interested in knowing what caused these sort of... I guess these are failures for the files on the server itself and the download locations to synchronize? So what we're ending up with files the gameworld doesn't recognize?

I come from a NWN1 server in which you gain 1/10th the XP here, Cleric, Druid, and Paladin are restricted without application, you have to apply for every prestige class and take ten uninterrupted levels in it, you have to apply to level past 4, and past 6, and every two levels, Evil isn't allowed (Not even with application, and you get locked out of game if events turn you evil), Wizards can't buy scrolls past 3rd circle and can't find them in loot, there are no magic items available, running gets you docked XP if the DM's ever catch you doing it, you rest once every real-time hour and need food to do that, AND it takes 2 mintues to rest, and on top of that, the DM's are much worse gits than here.

And good luck with any application if you're not one of the few lucky ones, who will lovingly follow everything the DM PC's do.

Nothing you can impose will scare me away from this awesome world.

If I want RL, I don't play on RP servers :P
