Stands next to an Epic Bard casting Inspire Competence for a further +8...

Have said bard cast Greater Heroism for +4

Well, he can get 73. Enough to discern peoples full alignment, most the time.

Assumably there's some Sundren feats that give a bonus to Sense Motive, and maybe some gear?

Seven more points and on a natural 20 he could read minds. :P
