  • Welcome to the event!

This happens alot. People send me a tell during or after events with "Sorry, I didn't mean to push myself into your event."

Seriously, if I am doing some event, you are MORE THAN WELCOME to just hop in. These DM interactions are completely for you guys. I'm not looking for specific people to always have in the same event just because they might have been in the startup of it. Just come along for the ride and let's enjoy them together. This is why I don't run events behind closed doors. I like people to involve themselves, even if they're level 3.

Also, I have to remind people (I had to remind Malaclypse about this too ) there is nooooooo set outcome to events in my head. If you want to do something, like tie up an NPC and run off with them, just say so! If you want to suddenly cast Ninja's Mass Destruction spell and eliminate everything in the area, let me know! If you want to Carebear Stare at Dark Heart, just let me know. I don't have limitations on what people can attempt or do. Your only limitations are if you character can actually do it and your imagination.

I just wanted to remind people of this. This is the enjoyment of having such a nice dynamic world where we can make things happen.

I was probably one of the ones that apologized. Sago Trumperstomper has a tendency to force himself in *everything* going on around him.

In any case, thanks for DMing, and not excluding folk!

NO! DMs are evil monsters who intend only destruction and pain! Quit messing with my head!
Lorlen Locke: "Amazing how the righteous commit acts of tyranny and terror almost as beautiful as our own under their banner of "good". We merely call a spade a spade."

"If you can't learn to do something well, learn to enjoy doing it poorly."

I am glad that you confess that at last!
