Does anyone know where the NPC in the post is located that Tidestrike sends you to for the joinquest? I cannot seem to find them... and I've been trying for hours... Is it just me or has anyone else not found the NPC?

Apparently it -is- supposed to be the Thayan in the Tradehouse...
I confirmed it with others who have successfully talked to him...
However, others have not been able to get him to talk about Exigo business either...
The Reason seems to be that I completed his own quests before... (needs to be Confirmed)
