This has been requested OOC and IC many times since the code was put in, and I want to address this specifically. This information is OOC, but I think it needs to be said.
Vampires are a very special case on Sundren. They aren't something that can be requested by players. Vampires are invitation only by the Colibrus faction for those who impress the faction enough to warrant it. I don't want to discourage people hoping to acquire this template, but it's just not something someone goes "Make me a vampire please" and will walk away with results.
So if you reallllllly want to be one, some steps to take would be getting involved with the current faction and showing yourself a candidate, and read the lore in the wiki on Colibrus.
There may be other character modifications in the future that follow a similar token, some of the classes already do, such as Horned Harbinger. There is no preset garauntee that will give you these features for your characters and our decisions will not be whimsical, we factor in dedications of players as well as RP leading up to the point.
