I set it up so yuan-ti are KOS / Capture OS in Sundren. Considering their history in Sestra, they would certainly not be welcome. The faction won't automatically attack you, obviously, but the role play should reflect that. Yuan-ti rarely reveal themselves, tending to blend into human society unnoticed.
