Firstly, I apologize for making another "doom and gloom" type post. As with most things like this, this post only addresses that small minority that crosses the line. The majority of our community can disregard this. 
To Whom It May Apply (I'll leave the decision on application to you):
Please, chill out. Our staff is working hard to run friendly, fun events. There are a few players who have become high maintainence and high drama. Unfortunately, these players take up a lot of our time and make our frustrations boil over.
If you think you've irked the staff lately, I ask that you please evaluate your behavior. Remember, this is a game, and it needs to be fun for everyone. Unfortunately, if we continue seeing the same people making our lives unhappy, we'll need to speak to them privately and take appropriate measures.
So, to summarize: chillax. The world will still be here tomorrow if you miss an event, receive an in-character penalty, don't get your character request answered quickly, or get denied for a character request. Just take the little set-backs with a grain of salt and focus on fun for everyone.
