  • Monk and Dragon Disciple Questions.

New here and looked around and could not find the answers so I'll put it to the peanut gallery here.

Is the 17th level monk ability the tongue of the sun and moon available in this PW? I see that you are indeed using languages so I was wondering if this got put back in? I assume, if it has, that upon reaching 17th level Monk a DM would just add all the DMFI languages to the PC in question.

I noticed that you list Dragon disciple on the wiki. Dose that mean that others besides Red are available? If so would not some of them have diffrent requierments from the red (can't see a Gold disciple being excluded from being lawful good)?

    Thanks for your time

Tongue of the Sun and Moon are not available to my knowledge, although that would be a neat feature. Abundant step has been implemented as a natural ability to use Dimension Door once a day. And I am assuming that slow fall can be used in DM events, although I have yet to ask or test it out.

As far as DD is concerned, the only one supported thus far is Red. I'm just guessing on this because I don't truthfully know, but coding all the different types of dragons may be very low on the list of priorities that the DEV's have at the moment.
    Characters:
Peridan Twilight, one-eyed dog of the Legion, deceased.
Daniel Nobody, adventurer and part time problem solver.

    [DM] Poltergeist :
If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge an intermediate deity's unbridled fury.

It would be very irksome for our Devs to go in and code each Dragon type in, but for RP purposes you can have lineage from any dragon that is able to take human shape. But before you run off and make a character to be a DD be aware that this class is one of the most sought after and one of THE HARDEST to get. If you think you are up to the challenge sweety, I suggest you get some experience with the server in before you try. Might not be what you are looking for in a character.

Well, it would be possible and likely would not be too hard to implement, but it would be nowhere near the top of priorities. To be honest Kaeldorn did a pretty good job of creating some additional PrCs and such so we are not really paying attention to that part of the project for the moment. Things like crafting and implementing needed areas are major projects ATM to bring Sundren out of Beta.*Ignores cracking whip*

Give it some time, get some RP experience on the server, and perhaps one day we will have such a class for you.

RDD is already restricted. Won't get enough use from the playerbase to create more forms of it.
